ICC/IF: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/ml.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.2 (endogenous) - 1 (recombinant) µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 35 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 28 kDa).
Not tested in other applications.

Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 28 kDa
Additional bands at : 32 kDa (possible cross reactivity),47 kDa (possible cross reactivity),49 kDa (possible cross reactivity),60 kDa (possible cross reactivity).
ab12109 recognises p40 in Western Blots.
A: 293 HEK cells were transfected with negative control cDNA (pCDNA3 vector) or human p40 cDNA.
B: negative control cDNA (pCDNA3 vector) or human p40 cDNA were in vitro translated in rabbit reticulocyte lysate.
Blots were subjected to ab12109 diluted 1/2500. Exposure was for 1 minute.
A band corresponding to the expected MW of p40 was detected (arrow) in all lanes except negative control lanes. Exposure time: 1 min
