I purchased ab7860 (anti-NBS1) on Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center PO# 563112. I was expecting to receive 100 ug of antibody but received less then 75 ug. I had planed a series of experiments that were dependent upon ~ 90 ug of Ab. Could you send me another 25 ug of Ab? Tube from GeneTex labeled: 100 mg [sic] (1 mg/ml)

Yes, it has been used for IF using transfected tissue culture cells expressing ER-beta. There is no cross reactivity with ER-alpha in these experiments. |
