Application Abreviews Notes
WB Use a concentration of 1.25 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 69 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 69 kDa).Can be blocked with Pannexin 2 peptide (ab190829). Good results were obtained when blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in 0.05% PBS-T.
IHC-P Use a concentration of 4 - 8 µg/ml.
