ab176330 staining PARP2 in human HeLa cells treated with bleomycin by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS) for 16 hours at 22°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstained with DAPI.
ab176330 staining PARP2 in the human cell line HeLa (human cervix adenocarcinoma) by flow cytometry. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and the sample was incubated with the primary antibody at a dilution of 1/20. A goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) at a dilution of 1/2000 was used as the secondary antibody.
