The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application notesIHC-P: 1/20 - 1/40.
heat induced epitope retrieval for paraffin sections using 10mM citrate buffer (pH6.0) is recommended.
Note: When utilized in immunohistochemistry, the use of H2O2 to block endogenous peroxidase has been shown to have a detrimental effect on the epitope recognised by ab67005. It is, therefore, CRITICAL that blocking with H2O2 should be carried out after application of the primary antibody with solutions of no greater than 3%. If these recommendations are not followed, staining intensity will be reduced.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
FunctionMay play an important role in B-cell differentiation as well as neural development and spermatogenesis. Involved in the regulation of the CD19 gene, a B-lymphoid-specific target gene.
