Immunohistochemical analysis of sections from ID8 induced tumours in mice, showing staining of control samples (top row) and samples from mice treated with Trabectedin (bottom row). Samples were fixed in paraformaldehyde and blocked in 5% BSA for 45 minutes at room temperature. They were incubated with ab80726 (diluted 1:100 in PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C to label PD-L1. The secondary antibody used was an Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rat IgG (H + L) polyclonal (ab150157) at 1/200. The first column shows DAPI staining, the second column shows PD-L1 staining, and the final column shows DAPI and PD-L1 merged.
