Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH derived from within residues 750 - 850 of Human PDGF Receptor alpha.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab96806 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
|WB||Use a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 123 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 123 kDa).|
|IHC-FoFr||Use at an assay dependent concentration.|
Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections) analysis of rat brain tissue sections labeling PDGF Receptor alpha with ab96806 at 1/100 dilution. The sections used came from animals perfused fixed with Paraformaldehyde 4% with 15% of a solution of saturated picric acid, in phosphate buffer 0.1M. Following postfixation in the same fixative overnight, the spinal cord were cryoprotected in sucrose 30% overnight. Spinal cords were then cut using a cryostat and the immunostainings were performed using the ‘free floating’ technique. Tissue was incubated with Anti-PDGF Receptor alpha antibody (ab96806) for 18 hours at 20°C in PBST. A Goat anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody was used at 1/1000 dilution.
ab96806 has not yet been referenced specifically in any publications.
