Immunoprecipitation - PHF20 antibody (ab91434)
1mg whole cell lysate from HeLa cells was immunoprecipitated using 10µg/mg ab91434. 20% IP was loaded per lane, and probed with ab91434 at 1µg/ml (lane 1) or a control IgG (lane 2). Detection: chemoluminescence with exposure time of 30 sec.
