SpecificityELISA test indicated that this antibody specifically reacted to peptide containing pT-G-pY, pT-E-pY sequence, but weakly reacted to pT-P-pY sequence. The antibody does not react with phosphothreonine and phosphoserine but reacts weakly with phosphotyrosine.
