    Lane 2 : 293 cell line lysate transiently transfected with the PI 3 Kinase catalytic subunit gamma gene

    Lysates/proteins at 2 µg per lane.


    Observed band size : 126 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
    Additional bands at : 36 kDa,40 kDa,50 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
  • ab70912, at a 1/10 dilution, staining human PI 3 Kinase catalytic subunit gamma in muscle, using Immunohistochemistry, Formalin/PFA fixed Paraffin embedded tissue. ab70912 was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
