Please note: We have been contacted by a researcher working with PINX1 to advise that recent research has shown that there are two splice variants of PINX1, one at 45 kDa (full lenth) and the other at 20 kDa (C-terminus truncated). This antibody detects a band at 37kDa in Jurkat Lysate. The researcher is currently testing this antibody to confirm that the band we find at 37 kDa is infact PINX1. We would be interested to hear back from any other researchers working with PINX1. 11 March, 2004.
