    Exposure time : 3 minutes
  • HeLa whole cell lysate (1mg) was immunoprecipitated using ab70624 at 3µg/mg (lane 1) or control IgG (lane 2). 20% of the immunoprecipitate was used for Western blot and the bands revealed using ab70624 at 1µg/ml. Chemiluminescence was used for detection with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
