  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human skin basal cell carcinoma (left) and mouse squamous cell carcinoma (right) tissues labelling PPM1G with ab70794 at 1/1000 (0.2µg/ml) and 1/200 (1µg/ml). Detection: DAB.
  • All lanes : Anti-PPM1G antibody (ab70794) at 0.04 µg/ml

Lane 1 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 50 µg
Lane 2 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 15 µg
Lane 3 : HeLa whole cell lysate at 5 µg
Lane 4 : 293T whole cell lysate at 50 µg

    Developed using the ECL technique

Predicted band size : 61 kDa
Observed band size : 70 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 130 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.

    Exposure time : 10 seconds
  • HeLa whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) with ab70794 at 1 µg/ml for WB, subsequent to being used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
