This antibody is used for direct capture of prohormone from serum sample with insulin-specific ab8302 (7F8) as a detection antibody.

Target

Cross reactivity with mouse for each of these antibodies has not yet been tested. However, as ab8300, ab8301 & ab8299 do not cross react with bovine or porcine proinsulin, I'd be surprised if these antibodies would cross react with mouse proinsulin. ...
