Anti-PRSS2 antibody images

  • ab76781 staining PRSS2 in Human primary motor cortex tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 2 hours at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in tris EDTA, pH9.2. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 2% serum, 0.5% Triton X-100 in PBS) for 20 hours at 20°C. An undiluted Biotin-conjugated Sheep anti-mouse IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
