  • Detection limit for recombinant tagged PURA is approximately 0.3ng/ml as a capture antibody.
  • ab77734 staining PURA in mouse primary hippocampal neurons by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in methanol prior to blocking in 1% BSA for 1 hour at 22°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/50 and incubated with the sample for 2 hours at 22°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse polyclonal, diluted 1/500.
