Functional Studies
  • Application notesFlow Cyt: Use 1µg for 106 cells.
Complement mediated cytotoxicity experiments: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Modulation of Qa2 expression from peripheral T lymphocytes: Use at an assay dependent dilution.

  • Target

    • RelevanceQa antigens are 'non classical' MHC class I molecules of mice. Qa2 is present on restricted functional lymphocyte subpopulations. The protein product of the preimplantation embryo development (Ped) gene, Qa2 influences the rate of embryonic cleavage during the preimplantation stages of development.
