The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Application Abreviews Notes
Flow Cyt Use 0.2µg for 106 cells. ab91363-Mouse monoclonal IgG2a, is suitable for use as an isotype control with this antibody.
Functional Studies Use at an assay dependent concentration. Complement mediated cytotoxicity and the Modulation of Qa2 expression from peripheral T lymphocytes.

Target

  • RelevanceQa antigens are 'non classical' MHC class I molecules of mice. Qa2 is present on restricted functional lymphocyte subpopulations. The protein product of the preimplantation embryo development (Ped) gene, Qa2 influences the rate of embryonic cleavage during the preimplantation stages of development.
