ab66746 staining Rab5 in the U87MG human cell line at a dilution of 1/100.
DAPI was used for nuclear staining.
Flow cytometry analysis of ab66746 staining Rab5 in HeLa cells. Primary antibody was used at a concentration of 2-5ug per 1 X 106 cells. The secondary antibody used was an Alexa fluor 488® conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG.
