Application Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence
ab96945 was used as a 2ndary antibody in conjugation with ab1893. COS7 cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabalized with 0.5% TTX100, and blocked in 2% BSA. Experiment shown in image: Staining of ab1893 with Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG H&L (DyLight® 594) is shown in red. DAPI stain is in blue.
Overall, ab96945 showed specific and bright staining, however there were issues with cross reactivity when doing dual labeling experiments.
