Specifications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab87526 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

  • Biological activityThe biological activity of recombinant chicken IL10 was determined by measuring IFN-gamma expression by RTPCR in Concanavalin A-stimulated chicken spleen lymphocytes. Results demonstrate decreased IFN-gamma gene expression, with the addition of recombinant chicken IL10, in a dose dependant manner, with doses starting at 2 ng/ml.
