BLTR is a potent chemoattractant active on multiple leukocytes, including neutrophils, macrophages, and eosinophils. BLTR is involved in the pathogenesis of a wide variety of human inflammatory diseases. Therefore, the BLTR represents an attractive target for therapeutic intervention.
