Preparation and Storage

  • Stability and Storage

Shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.

This product is an active protein and may elicit a biological response in vivo, handle with caution.

  • ReconstitutionReconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml in sterile 20 mM acetic acid as the protein maintains stability in acid solutions at high concentrations and then diluted in aqueous buffer of choice. PBS is not recommended to procduce stock solutions if is to be used for Activity assays.
