  • ab196122 is incubated with biotinylated acetyl-histone peptide substrate in assay buffer in a 10 µl reaction for 1 hour at RT. Nickel Chelate acceptor beads are added, followed by Streptavidin-conjugated donor beads. After 1 hour minute incubation at RT, signal is measured.
