We have used this product to make standards for our in house sandwich ELISA assay for 4EBP1 phosphorylation detection. We used this with a highest standard of 1000pg with a serial dilution to make 8 standards. This protein is stable for months. The higher standards in the curve looked good. The signal dropped at the lower standards.
Overall this is a good product.
