Specifications

Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab73281 in the following tested applications.

The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

  • Applications

    Western blot

    ELISA

  • Purity
    > 95 % SDS-PAGE.

  • Form
    Lyophilised
  • Additional notes
For conversion into higher pH value, we recommend intensive dilution by relevant buffer to a concentration of 10µg/mL. In higher concentrations the solubility of this antigen is limited.

Preparation and Storage

  • Stability and Storage

Shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.

    Preservative: None
Constituents: 0.05M Sodium acetate, pH 4.5

  • Reconstitution
Add 0.1M Acetate buffer pH-4 to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/mL and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C. The lyophilized ab73281 remains stable until the expiry date when stored at -20°C.
