Preparation and Storage

    Constituents: 0.32% Tris HCl, 0.88% Sodium chloride

  • Reconstitution
    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
    It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml.
    Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS.
    Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. LI-cadherin may have a role in the morphological organization of liver and intestine. Involved in intestinal peptide transport.
