CSF-1 induces cells of the monocyte/macrophage lineage. It plays a role in immunological defenses, bone metabolism, lipoproteins clearance, fertility and pregnancy.

Recombinant human MCSF protein images

  • Dose-dependent proliferation of mouse NFS-60 cells. Cells were incubated for 6 hours and measured at 490 nm. Assays were carried out in duplicate.
