Preparation and Storage
Stability and Storage
Shipped at 4°C. Store at -80°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein on reconstitution (0.1% HSA or BSA).
This product is an active protein and may elicit a biological response in vivo, handle with caution.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile water at a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml, which can be further diluted into other aqueous solutions.
The formulation is from 0.02% TFA before product is lyophilized
Cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen 8
CYTOTOXIC T LYMPHOCYTE ASSOCIATED SERINE ESTERASE 8
mutant IL 17F
IL17F stimulates the production of other cytokines such as IL-6, IL-8 and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, and can regulate cartilage matrix turnover. Stimulates PBMC and T-cell proliferation. Inhibits angiogenesis.
IL17A induces stromal cells to produce proinflammatory and hematopoietic cytokines. Enhances the surface expression of the intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in fibroblasts.
