  • IHC-FoFr image of ab104492 staining of Repulsive Guidance Molecule C in mouse muscle tissue. The tissue sections were permeabilised with 0.3% TritonX and incubated in 10% serum, with the latter being used to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The sections were then incubated with ab104492 (1:1000) for 24 hours at +4°C, followed by Alexa Fluor568 conjugated secondary antibody.

  • ICC/IF image of ab104492 staining of Repulsive Guidance Molecule C in rat myoblast cell culture. The sections were incubated in 0.3% triton X to permeabilise the cells and in 10% serum for 1 hour at 24°C to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The sections were then incubated with ab104492 (1:1000) for four hours at 24°C, followed by Alexa Fluor568 conjugated secondary antibody.
