  • ab50828 staining Rex1 in human tissue sections (ESC-derived embryoid bodies) by immunohistochemistry (paraformaldehyde fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 8% Serum treatment in automated Bond Max system for 15 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50) for 15 minutes. An HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/200) was used as secondary antibody.

  • Immunofluorescence analysis of Human umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells, staining Rex1 with ab50828.

    Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature, and incubated with 10% normal goat serum overnight at 4°C. Samples were incubated overnight at 4°C with primary antibody diluted in blocking solution followed by an AlexaFluor® anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody for 1 hour.
