    Western blot analysis using ab16458 at a 1/1000 dilution. Lane 1 - control 293 cells, Lane 2 - 293 cells expressing HA-tagged Rit Protein, Lane 3 - 293 cells expressing HA-tagged Rin protein. Secondary antibody conjugated to HRP, Rit protein visualised as a 35kDa protein using ECL detection.
