This product is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody.
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab191598 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application | Abreviews | Notes |
---|---|---|
IP | 1/30. | |
WB | 1/2000. Detects a band of approximately 150 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 150 kDa). |
Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
RNA polymerase beta was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of E.coli whole cell lysates with ab191598 at 1/30 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab191598 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/1500.
Lane 1: E.coli whole cell lysates 10ug (Input). Lane 2: ab191598 IP in E.coli whole cell lysates. Lane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab191598 in E.coli whole cell lysates.
Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
Exposure time: 5 seconds.
ab191598 has not yet been referenced specifically in any publications.
