  • Immunofluorescence analysis of Hdh111Q/111Q cells, staining RRAS with ab47536.

    Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, permeabilized in 0.25% Triton X-100 and blocked for 1 hr at room-temp with 10% normal goat serum. Cells were incubated with primary antibody (1/250 in 1% BSA in TBS) overnight at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®555-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
