Images

  • ab24838 staining human HeLa cells by ICC/IF.  Cells were PFA fixed and blocked with 3% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C.  The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 25°C.  A Cy2® conjugated donkey anti-mouse antibody, diluted 1/300 was used as the secondary.

The slide was stained with Dapi, S Tag-Cy2 and CREST-Cy3.
