WB Use a concentration of 0.1 - 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 11 kDa.

This antibody recognizes ~22 kDa (non-reduced) or 11 kDa (reduced) of S100.

IP Use a concentration of 2 - 5 µg/ml.
ELISA Use a concentration of 0.01 - 0.1 µg/ml.
IHC-P 1/300. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Anti-S100 antibody images

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human melanoma tissue labelling S100 with ab66041 at a dilution of 1/300 for 10 minutes at room temperature. Antigen retrieval was performed by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
