The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application notesIP: Use at 2-5µg/mg of lysate.
WB: 1/2000 - 1/10000. Detects bands of approximately 130 and 150 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 105 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
RelevanceSAPS2 is a regulatory subunit for the protein phosphatase-6 catalytic subunit (PPP6C). Protein phosphatase regulatory subunits, such as SAPS2, modulate the activity of protein phosphatase catalytic subunits by restricting substrate specificity, recruiting substrates, and determining the intracellular localization of the holoenzyme. It is ubiquitously expressed with strongest expression in the testis followed by liver, heart, kidney, brain and placenta. There are two named isoforms.
