Application Abreviews Notes
IHC-P Use a concentration of 4 - 6 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
WB Use a concentration of 0.03 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 35 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 89 kDa). Preliminary experiments gave an approx 35kDa band in Human Prostate lysates. The 35kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
