Anti-Smoothelin antibody [4A83] images

  • ab21108 staining human small intestine tissue sections by IHC-P.  The sample was formaldehyde fixed and subjected to a heat mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA prior to incubation with ab21108 (1/1600) for 16 minutes at 25°C.  Polymer detection was with DAB (no enhancement) and a hematoxylin counterstain.
