IHC-P Use a concentration of 3 - 5 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
WB Use a concentration of 1 - 3 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 75 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 59 kDa). An approximately 75 kDa band is observed in Human lysates of the cell line HeLa. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources.
ICC/IF Use a concentration of 3 - 5 µg/ml.
