    May be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Anti-SNX1 antibody images

  • Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human breast carcinoma tissue labelling SNX1 with ab995 at 1/1000 (1µg/ml). Detection: DAB.

Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in blocking buffer) for 1 hour at 25°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500)  was used as the secondary antibody.
