Target

Anti-Somatostatin 28 antibody images

  • Somatostatin28 reactivity in D cell from guinea pig pancreas. On grid immunogold procedure using ab22682 (1:2000) and 10nm gold particles.
  • ab22682 staining somatostatin 28 in Mouse pancreatic tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% goat serum for 30 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in PBS) for 12 hours at 20°C. An HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.
