The observed band size may not correspond to the predicted molecular weight as the recombinant immunogen was used for the test lane. -
Immunostaining analysis in HeLa cells using ab84880. HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X 100 in PBS.
