  • Anti-SP6 antibody (ab105652) at 0.5 µg/ml + Jurkat cell lysate at 10 µg

Predicted band size : 40 kDa
  • ab105652 staining SP6 in Rat dental epithelium in tooth germ and hair follicles by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). The sections were fixed in 0.01M periodic acid, 0.075M lysine, 2% paraformaldehyde and subjected to Heat-mediated antigen retrieval by microwave with 0.01% citric acid prior to blocking with 10% serum for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 in 1%BSA/PBS and incubated with the sample for 12 hours. Antibody was detected by an ABC method using HRP-staining.
