  • ab151100 staining SPEF1 in adult mouse uterus tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with PBST (PBS / 0.1% v/v Triton X-100) and blocked with 3% donkey serum / 1% BSA in PBST for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in 1% BSA / 3% donkey serum in PBST) for 48 hours at 25°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.

    SPEF1 positive staining was detected in some cells in the muscular wall of the tissue. Image shows DAPI counterstain, red field (autofluorescence), antibody staining and overlay.
