ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Flow Cyt: Use at a concentration of 5 - 10 µg/ml. Cells fixation with 2% PFA recommended.
ICC: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Cells fixation with PFA recommended.
IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Fixation of tissue sections with PFA or B5 recommended.
Not yet tested in other applications.
