  • Various Staphylococcal toxins were coated to a plate at a concentration of 1 μg/mL in PBS. ab190337 was serially diluted semi-log from 2 μg/mL and incubated with the toxin coated plate. Washed plates were detected with anti-rabbit HRP conjugate and TMB substrate. OD650 was reported above.
