The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
IP: Use at 1 - 4µg/0.5mg of lysate.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 92 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 63 kDa).
Not tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Regulates the ligand-dependent activation of STAT3. Acts as subunit of the RNA polymerase II elongator complex, which is a histone acetyltransferase component of the RNA polymerase II (Pol II) holoenzyme and is involved in transcriptional elongation. Elongator may play a role in chromatin remodeling and is involved in acetylation of histones H3 and probably H4.
Belongs to the WD repeat ELP2 family. Contains 14 WD repeats.
