Multi-color flow cytometry

Multi-color flow cytometry is a powerful multiparameter technology capable of rapidly extracting large amounts of biological data from cell suspensions, lysates or biological fluids. Using surface molecules and other markers, it allows you to identify specific cell types within mixed cell populations and separate them for further study; investigate functional characteristics such as cell cycle status, cell signaling, effector function, apoptosis and other fates; and analyze organelles and chromosomes.

Use our multi-color flow cytometry guides to help you select your fluorochromes, set up compensation or select the appropriate controls.
