Immunoprecipitation was performed on purified TAMRA-BSA. The antigen:antibody complex was formed by binding 5 µg protein with 10 µg of ab171120 or mouse IgG, whole molecule overnight at 4°C. The immune-complex was then captured on 50 µl Protein A/G Plus Agarose. Captured immune-complexes were then washes extensively and proteins eluted with sample loading dye. Samples were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel.
